CONTRACTING PRACTICES

New Technologies impacting Contracts in Design & Construction  

SYNOPSIS – DRAFT

The choice of Tunnelling Contracting Method and the evaluation of Tunnel Behaviour in Practice means estimating the interaction between project owner and contractor, as well as equipment and ground. For the designer it means production of specs and drawings to visualize a structure which later results as a tunnel.

The tunnel designer becomes the manager of tunnel contracting including many its risks, as his choice of contracting and design becomes a management tool in construction.

This seminar on the principle choice of tunnel contracting for e.g. SE ASIA’s future Infrastructure and for contract management by design, summarizes the state of the art for both conventional (NATM) and mechanized (TBM) tunnelling.

Detailed lectures will be provided in regard to Infrastructure and the Choice of Tunnel Contracting, Principles of CTM Tunnelling, Principles of TBM Tunnelling, Monitoring for CTM and TBM Tunnelling, CTM Tunnelling in Soft Ground & Hard Rock. Issues of lectures focus generally to underground contracting including claim practices, Hydro Tunnelling, Floodwater Control Tunnels, design stages, contractual applications, and construction organization. All lecturers are to be determined.

หลักการและเหตุผล

งานแสดงเทคโนโลยี และการประชุมวิศวกรรมปฐพีแห่งชาติ (TGC 2018) ที่จัดขึ้นครั้งนี้ถือได้ว่าเป็นงานแสดงและประชุมที่ทางวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (วสท.) ตั้งใจทุ่มเทให้เกิดขึ้นเป็นงานสำคัญประจำปีทางวิศวกรรมปฐพี โดยมุ่งเน้นให้เกิดการถ่ายทอดความรู้และเทคนิคสมัยใหม่ปัจจุบัน จากบริษัทก่อสร้างขนาดใหญ่ บริษัทที่ปรึกษาที่เชี่ยวชาญ และ วิศวกรอาวุโส ที่มาจากทั้งในและต่างประเทศ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเผยแพร่ ความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และข้อผิดพลาดที่สำคัญจากการทำงานที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในภาคสนามและจากงานวิจัย ออกมาตีแผ่ผ่านการนำเสนอจากบุคคลและบริษัทต่างๆ งานแสดงและประชุมครั้งนี้ยังเป็นเวทีที่จะเปิดโอกาสในการรับฟังการเสนอข้อคิดเห็นต่อการทำงานในวงการวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมปฐพี

งานแสดงเทคโนโลยี และการประชุมวิศวกรรมปฐพีแห่งชาติ (TGC) จะจัดต่อเนื่องในการให้ความรู้และ เป็นบรรทัดฐานใหม่ของงานแสดงและประชุมที่วิศวกร สถาปนิก นิสิต นักศึกษาและบุคคลทั่วไป จะสนใจติดตามและเข้าร่วมงานดังกล่าว เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข็มแข็งด้านวิศวกรรมปฐพีและงานฐานรากให้กับประเทศไทยต่อไป

วัตถุประสงค์

1. เพื่อเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านวิศวกรรมปฐพีในรูปแบบที่เข้าใจง่ายให้แก่ประชาชนโดยทั่วไป
2. เพื่อนำเสนอมาตรฐานการทำงานด้านต่างๆ ต่อวิศวกรปฐพี และ เปิดรับฟังข้อคิดเห็น
3. เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้และเทคนิควิธีการใหม่ๆ ต่อวิศวกรปฐพี
4. เพื่อนำเสนอความรู้จากงานวิจัยและการทำงานที่เกิดขึ้นจริงในภาคสนาม
5. เพื่อเป็นเวทีและโอกาสในการรับฟังและเสนอข้อคิดเห็นต่อการทำงานในวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมปฐพี

ด้วยวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (วสท.) โดยคณะกรรมการงานก่อสร้างใต้ดินและอุโมงค์ (TUTG) จะจัดโครงการอบรมเรื่อง “อุโมงค์ในชั้นหิน” (Tunnelling in Rock)  รุ่นที่ 2 ระหว่างวันที่ 8-10 พฤศจิกายน 2560 เวลา 08.00-17.30 น. ณ ห้องทิพย์พิมาน ชั้น 2 โรงแรมเชียงใหม่แกรนด์วิว จังหวัดเชียงใหม่  โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อมุ่งหวังให้วิศวกร มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการก่อสร้างอุโมงค์ในชั้นหิน  สามารถประยุกต์ใช้ทฤษฎีการออกแบบอุโมงค์ไปใช้อย่างเหมาะสม  เข้าใจขั้นตอนการก่อสร้างอุโมงค์และองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ อีกด้วย

ในการนี้  วสท. ได้พิจารณาเห็นว่าโครงการอบรมดังกล่าว จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อท่าน โดยมีรายละเอียดของกำหนดการ และค่าลงทะเบียนในแผ่นพับประชาสัมพันธ์ตามไฟล์แนบ
