We are pleased to inform that The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) is hosting the first Southeast Asian Conference and Exhibition in Tunnelling and Underground Space (SEACETUS2017) on 18^th– 19^th April 2017 at the Dorsett Grand Subang Hotel, Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. The theme of the Conference is “Innovation and Sustainable Underground Space Development”.

This conference is aimed to promote the sharing of knowledge, experience, skills, ideas and achievements in the designing, financing and contracting as well as construction, operation and maintenance of tunnels and other underground facilities among the ASEAN Countries on an organized basis and with agreed aims.

The Conference will have an Opening Keynote Address, Keynote Lectures, Special Lectures, and Special Session Lectures to be delivered by experts and eminent academicians from the Asian countries. The conference will provide a forum for practising professionals – engineers, consultants, contractors, technologists, researchers, academicians, manufacturers and suppliers to share their experiences, research, studies and views so as to contribute to the advancement of Sustainable Tunnelling and Trenchless Technology in general and particularly in Asia. This Conference is endorsed by International Tunnelling Association (ITA).

The two (2) day conference will bring together up to 300 industry stakeholders; policy makers, business leaders and key decision makers within the public and private sectors in the ASEAN and Asia region. There will also be exhibition booths from businesses across the region to exhibit their products.
